From Electronics Designer to Line Manager, and from Lead Designer and Project Manager to QA & Testing Manager, Mikko Kostiainen has built a remarkable career at DA-Group. Mikko Kostiainen has enjoyed a 20-year career at DA-Group, thanks to a supportive employer, new challenges, opportunities for growth, and a great team of colleagues.

Over the course of two decades, QA & Testing Manager Mikko Kostiainen has witnessed DA-Group transform from an engineering-focused company into a full-scale product house.

Saila Tapio

"Paras fiilis tulee siitä, kun asiakas on tyytyväinen ja asiakkaalta tulee lämmin kiitos.” Näin toteaa DA Groupin valmistustulosyksikön vetäjä Saila Tapio. Hänellä on pitkäaikainen, lähes 20 vuoden kokemus elektroniikka-alalta konsernin palveluksessa.

Vastuut ja tehtävät ovat kehittyneet vaativimmiksi kokemuksen karttuessa. Aikaisemmin Sailan vastuulla oli elektroniikan sopimusvalmistusasiakkaiden käytännön asioiden hoitaminen. Avainasiakkuuspäällikkönä hän vastasi lisäksi myynnistä ja tarjouslaskennasta. Nykyään Saila vastaa tuotannon suunnittelusta ja ohjauksesta sekä asiakkuuksista.
