DA-Group invests in the future growth of its electronics solutions and manufacturing capabilities

DA-DESIGN ACQUIRED HÄMEEN PAINO OY AND ITS PRINTING PLANT REAL ESTATE IN FORSSA

DA-Design, a provider of advanced electronic solutions and products for defence and aerospace organizations as well as the Finnish technology industry, signed today a contract to purchase Hämeen Paino Oy, a subsidiary of Sanoma Media Finland Oy. Hämeen Paino’s printing operations were closed at the end of August 2015.

The deal is set to be closed December 31, 2015 and includes the real estate consisting of approximately 260.000 m² land area and facilities of about 25.000 m². The premises will enable DA-Group’s growth plan in the future according to the strategy. The expansion of manufacturing  and office facilities will serve the long term equipment and systems delivery contracts, especially in the defence and space sector.

The company designs, develops and manufactures demanding high-technology solutions for the customers’ applications to increase technical performance and competitiveness.
