VICE ADMIRAL, RET´D KARI TAKANEN IS ONE OF THE SPEAKERS

Vice Admiral, ret'd, Kari Takanen retired from the Finnish Defence Forces in 2017 after 40 years of active-duty service. He is a naval officer who has held various positions both on naval ships and ashore. Kari Takanen's presentation at UDT-exhibition will focus on modern smart sea mines.
